GK: suspect we'll go with Gunn and 2 of the kids (Barden and McCracken? Though McCracken impressed on loan and may be best served going again... so maybe we do need a freebie)

Left back: we're down to a pretty suspect McCallum if Dimi goes and just suspect offloading Dimi in terms of a small fee and wage savings will be pretty important

Right back: Byram finally freeing up a physio and Max having had his value wasted but we'll have Bali who has played left back most of this year (apparently)

Centre Backs: tricking someone into a sizeable fee for Big Andy seems to be crucial to Webbers plans, Gibson has had recurring injuries this last year or two and Hanley has f**ked a rather important part of his footballing body. I'd have wanted to shift Gibson and Hanley, Tomkinson doesn't seem to be ready.

So we need at least 1 new player in every spot in the backing and probably 2 centre backs.
