A competent DM in front of the back four

makes any CB pairing look better. I've heard podcasts where people have praised the Hanley Gibson partnership during our last promotion but they never mention that Skipp protected them from opposition players running at them because of how good he was at reading a game.

No. 1 Priority (obs amongst many priorities) should remain to buy (not loan with clauses that say even though they're s**t they still play) TWO DMs. One a tried and tested leader type and one a promising youngster to cover injuries and to grow into "one of our own". Buying one will inevitably leave us playing a Gibbs or Kenny there again which doesn't work.
