We absolutely should have cashed in on Aarons (Todd too)

I'm.not sure if simply no one ever offered any form of deal. I think Webber must have got greedy once he got the Godfrey and Jamal mone, anything around £15m should have got either Max or Todd with a sell-on too.

That was supposed to be the model, we're a stepping stone for a couple of years for talented young players. It feels like we abandoned that just because it worked in a 2 year window. We should really be looking at selling our third round of talent with a stack of cash to start to consolidate. Unfortunately we've bought badly and not really sold either.
