PLM stands out as a 'wtf?' example.

Some of the signings would've made more sense in the Champs to develop them (Tzolis, Sargent), and less so as as the Prem signings they were. Rashica probably would've been fine in a better team that didn't need someone able to defend (recall some quote that he only came here because he was assured he wouldn't have to track back as much as his previous club(!)).

Club has always struck me as being very good at spotting Champs quality talent but has struggled finding Prem ready players.
