What's the bank holiday parking sit-u-ation in Norwich at the moment?
I once got a parking ticket on a bank holiday Monday thinking that it was ok (tbf I wasn't really paying attention, I think we lost to Wolves that day too ffs).
The Aviva car park off of Queens Road should be open. That's £2 and not much further than County Hall. You do have to walk down and up the Jimmy Hill but the PoD is nearby.
