I don’t know if it is true anymore that the Championship is more physical.

These days Premier League teams are so strong and fast as well as technically good that we have struggled more physically in the premier league than in the championship - and I’m talking about the Farke teams here.

I think we just wanted another attacking midfielder when we were selling Cantwell, and one who could play on the wing since we really only had Onel as a natural winger.

Perhaps we’ve just got too excited about expectations as he is from Arsenal and is Brazilian. As to the comparison with Gilmour that’s unfair because he did not come in with the same fanfare or expectations nor have we insisted on starting him every game ahead of players who are performing better and making fewer mistakes.
