In hindsight, the Marquinhos signing looks an odd one

we know that it takes players from South America time ti adapt to English football, the rough and tumble of the Championship especially maybe.

So it was always a big ask to expect a 19-year-old kid to come in and make an instant impact.

I know he scored a goal, but in general he's looked well and truly lost.
