I agree its doing that but my issue with the Hundred is they could have done exectly the

same with a rebranded T20 competition rather than messing about with the overs and format again.

The reason the hundred is suceeding is the ticket prices, the branding and the regional/city based franchises that give people a team to "support" in a way many do not have (or have not felt they have) with county cricket.

Had it been a T20 competition it would have been no different in that regard.
