...in terms of size, space, etc. Seems your priorities are what is around you, so GT is a good start. Plenty on Rose Valley, plus walkable to City in 10+ minutes.

Golden Triangle will always have good resale value too, so low risk in terms of moving in and subsequently changing your mind on location, should that end up being the case.

There are so many options tho.

We moved out of NR2 because of the parking, traffic, constant sirens, etc but I miss the convenience, even though I exchanged the convenience for space (indoors and out).
