focuses to much on potential rather than on players who will produce the goods 35-40 games a season

Kerian Dowell and Aaron Ramsey are examples both have plenty of talent but did anybody notice Dowell yesterday until he got taken off ... Ramsey was the same in some games totally anonymous in to many games he played for us but both have had their moments this season , but not nearly enough ...... and both have winners medals from playing for England at their age level
