found her if she was in the water. Bodies don't go far in rivers like that. They'll hook up on a submerged branch or find a still spot out of the flow on the inside of a bend and float back up after a few days.
With all the readily available 3d sonar imaging and fishfinding kit they'd have surely found her by now.
