How would the state not know if a serial sex offender is innocent

You can argue all you want, repeat offenders, murderers were in 2023 with the technology to pin point it needs hanging.

Keeping Lee rigbys killers alive and Ian Huntley etc etc is just a drain on everyone.

Hang them and f**k em off.

Maybe then this country wouldn't be known as the woke soft state easy touch it currently is.
