If I am understanding it correctly, this should see around £19m invested into the club by MA (assuming they will be allotted to him) in return for around 30% of the issued shares.

Delia and MWJ would remain majority sharholders unless they are doing something with their shareholding as well alongside this.

I assume it will be £19m as the club values the shares at £100. I'm not qan expert in this area would think it would be dubious to allot shares at a discount to someone unless the members have been allowed to vote for that.
