Worth joining and trying but they have a loyalty points system and I suspect you will be well down the queue.
In my experience the best way to get something with these tournaments abroad is to register with the official tournsment website and go in the ballots they run well ahead of the tournament. You sometimes don’t know what you are getting tickets for but often can luck out and/or then go on ticket exchange sites. There is then usually another ballot after the draw is finalised or sometimes you can apply for “follow my team” type packages.
