To be honest though Wagner is just a bit more outgoing isn't he, he's built a better connection with the fanbase in 2 weeks than Smith ever did.

I've seen us have sh*t managers before but I don't think I can really recall us having a manager where it just wasn't the right time/fit as was the case with Smith. I just feel that his heart wasn't in it and the intensity was lacking and probably everyone was underperforming by about 10-20% as a consequence.
