Aren't the two entirely separate

I read it as saying that they are doing a general share issue with up to ?1.75 million woth of shares available to the public and in addition NU will receive a 10% stake in the club in return for them having agreed to write off the ?2 million a season loan interest repayments for two seasons.

It is a bit galling though with NU never having done a thing to back their local team and now helping out our bitter rivals to the tune of ?2 million a year. Trouble is I suppose they have to look at the best way of recouping the money they have loaned to ITFC and as the scummers have no assets of any note the only way they are going to be able to repay the loans is if they get promoted. Not great PR in Norfolk but NU is so big now that really doesn't matter to them I suspect.
