It's exactly what we're built to do as a club.

The fact he never settled on a senior side selection beggared whatever good intentions there were as bringing yoof through.

He may have been unfortunate with injuries tho there does seem to have become fitness issues with the squad.

Was left with the impression, even in the summer, that he'd lost interest in the project - be useful to know why, but he's given the impression of faxing it in for a looong time.

It's almost like he's been doing the quiet quitting stuff that is popular these days
