I don't buy into bringing through young players

Rowe, Springett ,Gibbs Tompkinson .... apart from Gibbs none of the other three did little or very little when they played in the first team and Gibbs flatters to deceive lately

Time may prove me wrong (hopefully ) but being at a club for a year and giving some youngsters their first team debut ( probably because of injuries ) is not in my mind "bringing youngsters through"
