We are still within striking distance of the playoffs and a good coach could turn things around to maybe get us in the top 6

My feeling is Webber will probably leave at the end of the season regardless of promotion or not and a new SD will then decide on the contracts and the squad we have going forward.
That's the time you replace Webber.
