A good thing. The right thing to do at the time. Whether it was needed for healthy people below a certain age is questionable. Whether it was necessary to long down the whole population twice is also in hindsight questionable.
If those reported figures of 1 in 800 suffering severe negative reactions is true. Then I would say the continued promotion of boosters towards healthy under 55's by governments really makes me doubt that this is about public health.
