Talking of cheese

Just found my receipt from yesterday so I can confirm that I got:

200g of whin Yeats Wensleydale which I always thought was crumbly like Cheshire but this wasn't and really nutty

176g of pevensey blue which was like a gorgonzola but less creamy

224g of stichelton love that stuff

402g Montgomery cheddar so dirty it's amazing

And the lovely goats cheese is called karst. I love the sour creaminess of goats cheese but this one also had some interesting earthy notes, not just from the ash.

Bonus they didn't charge me for the baron bigod which must be the best thing to ever come out of Suffolk.

Also got some bermondsey hard pressed from kappacasein. Their winter milk 2021 which was super intense.
