We need webber to either commit or f**k off. I dont really mind which, but i suspect it might be better for everyone if he left.

As an outsider looking in, it feels stagnant and a bit too comfortable for everyone. Playing squad up to top level management.

Maybe smith is the problem, maybe he isn’t, but with fan sentiment against him he has to go. The brand that the fans had bought into was young exciting coaches with a point to prove looking to make their mark playing inventive football. Smith is not the man for that.
