Press news in...
Head coach Dean Smith will be holding his pre-Swansea press conference at 9.30am.
--------------------------------------------------------------
DS on Sarge: "We're still monitoring him. He's got a little bit of swelling still so it'll be touch and go whether he's ready or not."
DS on Andy and Adam: "The two of them played 30 minutes in a game last Saturday, both trained this week and both available for selection. They're a big inclusion to this squad."
DS on Boro loss: "It was a game we didn't deserve to lose. We gave a poor goal away at the end, we dropped off the pace in terms of winning the ball back. The players knew that."
DS on Swansea: "It's always a tough place to go, Swansea. But, we've had a reset and we've reflected and improved, hopefully we'll see that tomorrow."
DS: "There's 25 games left, we're still not at the halfway stage. We'd like to be in a better position. We're going to take it game by game and if we get a win this Saturday, that'll be a big boost."
DS: "Nacho is struggling with a hamstring injury. He played two 90 minutes for Chile during the break."
DS on Isaac Hayden: “He has dried his knee out, so to speak. He didn’t come out to Tampa. He was one of the players who were not allowed into America due to medical rules. That is their choice.”
DS: “Josh Sargent should have had six penalties this season. He hasn’t had one. We are creating chances.”
DS: “I don’t know Russell Martin. However, I know Matt Gill very well as he was my first ever signing at Walsall. I signed him on loan from Norwich.”
DS: “25 games left. We are still not at the halfway stage. We are in a good position but we can be in a better position.”

🔰 That concludes today’s press conference
