I disagree

Renewing business electric and gas is worse. Especially when your gas and electric meters, which you can see clearly in each corner of the unit, apparently don't exist anymore, and are definitely in the unit next door, and the unit you are standing in, with your meters in it, in which which you have been paying gas & electric for 2 years, doesn't exist. You are a figment of your own imagination.

Then when they finally sort it, your rate has trebled, then when you phone up to renew the next morning, it's gone up another 3p/kWh.
