That’s interesting
I recently attended a Self Assertiveness course there. The first couple of sessions were a bit rubbish to be honest, all buzz words and situational role play etc, but I didn’t like to say anything and kept my head down.
But by the last session though I’d had enough. I told them where to stick their course and asked for my money back.
