What do you think Smith will do to turn it around?

He’s had time to communicate what he wants the players to do, the players are surely following those instructions?

The players, although not as good as last time we were in the championship, shouldn’t be looking woefully second best against all the teams toward the top of the table.

I can’t see how he’s going to suddenly improve things to the extent that we need him too.
