It's happened to me twice.

The first time I was fielding at deep-ish point, the batter got a thick edge straight to me. As I set myself to take a simple catch I could feel my trousers falling down. 'oh no'. Anyway, I took the catch with my trousers round my ankles. The main issue was that I was wearing one of those horrible old skimpy jockstraps so the whole of my bare arse was on display. Someone on the boundary Honked! their horn ffs.

The second time wasn't so bad as I'd learned my lesson about underwear. I was running between the wickets and my trousers fell down. Someone brought a belt out.
