Can anyone think of a Norwich manager who has been

poor for 12 months and turned out to be succesful? I can’t and I’d say that once you get a poor manager the sooner you replace them the less painful it all is. I know we all laugh at the likes of Watford and I wouldn’t like us to operate in that fashion but I wish we would act sooner.
