Yep.
Howe is doing a great job, with almost exactly the same team Bruce failed with. Well, apart from experienced England international Trippier, England goalkeeper Pope, one of the finest up and coming centre backs in Europe Botman, full Brazil international Bruno G, veteran and highly experienced defender Dan Burn. It’s a shame for them that 63m striker Isak is injured too, and that 15m FB isn’t making the impact many expected.
Other than circa 100m in Jan, and probably 130m in the summer, plus f**k knows what in wages, it’s a job done on a shoe string. David vs Goliath stuff.
Can’t wait for them to win the league. A real fairy tale.
