Do seem in good condition.
My concern has always been that we haven't really seen any of the players improve, and a lot of them going backwards.
I think the points you make a re really good.
Not sure if the tactics are what is hampering the players or whether the drop in form across the squad is hampering the tactics.
Even when we're getting results it isn't feeling like it's working.
The players don't look like a team, or happy.
There's been patches (idah in the Prem, the start of the recent good run when it looked like dowell/sinani/Sarge were starting to gel) that have looked promising - it's been worrying that we've not been able to build on those glimmers.
Not clamouring for a change, as I think Smith is an honest, solid enough and pragmatic manager. We could do worse. Or better.
