That's how it's suppose to work now. Are you suggesting the ref "pretends" to add on time!

Know that players are the brightest bunch but I believe that they wouldn't be fooled for long. Despite it being against the laws of the game its unworkable. Let's say the team winning wastes time so the ref decides to penalise them by adding a surcharge of extra minutes. Then the losing teams equalises or goes in front and they start wasting time. Is the original penalty against the now losing team kept as its now an advantage or our the times added offset against each other!!!
