Plus losing other things like tax free childcare and 30 hours free childcare. Just makes marginal cost of earning those extra pounds barely worth earning, which to my mind isn’t part of an equitable tax system. Read something on LinkedIn the other day from a tax lawyer who’d calculated the effective tax rate as 90% for a family with 3 young kids!
