I’m not sure coaching can fix the square pegs / rounds holes issue on its own

Feels like the squad needs a bit of rebalancing.

But i do think this 4-3-3 formation is pants with the personnel we’ve got. No idea what the non-pants formation is, but I’m not paid thousands a week to figure that out either
