Players shunted about and often not in their natural positions. Often playing 2-3 different roles within the same 90 minutes. Playing on the counter with zero pace in the starting line up. Asking a 19 year old in his first season to play as a holding mid in a midfield that constantly gives the ball away against counter attacking sides.

It’s all over the place.
