I didn't watch it tbh,but the system needs a complete overhaul, for a start

They need a fit and proper person test for companies/investors in the care sector as some organisations are getting away with what 8s effectively industrial benefit fraud because they aren't providing the staff the receive the funding for.Then obviously the long term staff get stressed because they have more responsibility and the standard of care drops,mistakes are made.But I co7ld go on and on about it but it j7st gets depressing tbh.Anyway COYY 🔰👊
