as for Ben Godfrey's conversion

In summer of 2016 the City programme listed Godfrey in the first team squad and said: "The versatile youngster - who can operate across the back four as well as midfield...."

So eight months before Webber arrived Godfrey was a) playing in defence and b) training with the first team.

Talk about rewriting history.
