FWIW My thoughts on Webber

Think he’s done a really good job for us and no club signs a continuous stream of talent that turn out to be gems so the criticism of the likes of Tzolis do tend to ignore Emi etc. However he didn’t do a very good job in recruitment before the second PL season and shot himself in the foot by declaring we were better set than the first attempt. Unfortunately that’s where it all seemed to go wrong. He became entrenched with an attitude that all the media and fans were against him and I think it’s still a problem and one of the main reasons why there’s a general malaise in the ground. He’ll be a big miss but it’s probably best for all concerned if he moves on.
