As others have said its not unlike us. I feel like there is a real complacency in our team

and i'm not entirely sure its been stamped out by the coaching staff in the way it should have been. I feel like Dean Smith is a good guy and probably nice to work for. But both he and Shakey give off quite a jovial, enjoy a round of golf type of vibe. I just wonder how often they give the players a bit of a b**locking when perhaps sometimes they need one.

I just look at the intensity we played with at 2-1 down and and 3-2 down on Saturday and wonder where it is the rest of the time. i know they can't play flat out at 100mph all of the time but I feel our players have got used to thinking they can be below their best for long periods in games but step it up if they need to and therefore "get away with it." Who can blame them really as most of the time we do get away with it. but we as fans have all been sitting there thinking we won;t get away with it every week and Saturday was the day it came back to bite us.

Couple the above with the fact that quite a few of our players know their place in the team is secure and its a recipe for the type of half ar*ed sloppiness that we saw on Saturday and truth be told we have shown in virtually all of our games this season. i think we present the opposition with at least 2 excellent chances or attacking opportunities every single game due to lose passing in our own half or mistakes which result in us losing possession.

I hope very much that saturday will be a wake up call to the players that they can;t do this. I hope very much that Smith has given them a roasting for it. I actually thought when we upped our intensity that we looked a very good side and cut them open with ease. Its s shame though that we've now wasted two very good opportunities to pull clear of the pack when we now have 3 very tough away games coming up.
