good news yes but the general consensus of medical opinion by most doctors is the illness is deemed to be in complete remission as “no evidence of disease (NED) after 5 years from diagnosis/first treatment.” That doesn’t mean you are cured, there’s no way for doctors to know that all of the cancer cells in your body are gone, tumour markers can indicate it along with other things but the stark reality is there's no line in the sand. it's a complicated topic i know but this all clear of cancer is an unhelpful misnomer and the reality of it is that cancer is an utter c**t that more often than not just keeps on giving. best wishes to bonehead btw.
