Services in this country need overhaul not always cash

The money wasted in hospitals is incredible. Wasted on equipment, stock, management,buildings. Overtime bills rocketing due to a lack of staff. I've worked in the NHS since 91 so seen quite a lot. The place I work has a main building which is hardly fit for purpose which they keep spending millions adding on to it with half arse poorly built modular buildings.
