I must say as good as it might be for Norfolk I don’t like the idea of cutting
Personal taxation rates for people just because they happen to live in or move to a certain area. Will distort all sorts of things and penalise people who live outside those areas, whether through tax or impacts on house prices etc.
Business taxation incentives is a bit different.
