Agreed. My point is that you don't have to be a significant shareholder to be given a

place on the board. You just have to be perceived to be able to add value. With Foulgers years of experience I can see why he might be asked to stay on the board. By selling his shares all he loses his his voting rights which in itself isn't that significant when you were a minority shareholder.
