Like he’s managed here really

Bought (in hand or rights to) ~25-28% of the club for £12.5m, with a safety net of getting £16m back if it’s gone pear shaped, whilst still keeping Foulger’s 18%.

Not a bad little investment at all - could even turn a cash profit if FX moves the right way for him.

(all assuming we’ve stayed solvent!)
