....when a World Cup is in progress? Certainly for major players the transfer market will be frenetic before the start of the new season. I am sure there will be a lot of 'provisional' deals done between Clubs and players' agents simply to be rubber-stamped when the players return.
There is absolutely nothing, however, preventing us from signing Koumas NOW!!
