I ask you these questions

Have NCFC previously released "Confirmed"shirt numbers only to then change them? [The answer is No].
Was there any reason to release "Confirmed" squad numbers? [The answer is No, apart from to encourage sales of the new shirt]
If the club were thinking that there might be changes then why did they use the word "Confirmed" on July 15?

I am not taking this "too seriously", but if you don't think that the comms & organisation of NCFC has massively declined in the last year or so then I don't think you've been paying attention.
