Nice. My grandfather impulse bought a Broads cruiser once
Since he lived in That London he sent my dad along to pick it up. It turned out to be in rag order, specially the steering, and we spent the whole day crashing from one bank to the other. Awful.
He had it fixed up but literally never used it. We spent weekends on it sometimes. I can still remember having to sleep on the PVC banquette cushions in the eating area; you woke up stuck to them. Awful.
He sold it pretty quickly to a good old bor who paid cash for it. Literally, supermarket bags full of cash. I remember sitting on the floor of my mum's study watching them count all these bank notes and my mum gently bewailing the fact that it wasn't a cheque.
The Broads were lovely but it was a s**t boat.
