I'm rusty on this stuff tbh and it's US registered so who the heck knows, think they have a good faith duty too.
I'm not convinced it's a slam dunk decision that suing Musk to force him to buy it Twitter is necessarily in the best interests of Twitter as a whole, rather than being in the best interests of individual shareholders that will make bank.
Certainly something I'd be getting advice on anyway.
