Prepare to save a life...
...search BHF Revivr in your browser and it will take you to the British Heart Foundation's Revivr programme - a 15 minute online training course teaching you, or reminding you, how to perform CPR and use a defibrilator.
It uses the camera on your phone to track your CPR training movements and tell you if you are doing it correctly. Since COVID, the number of people learning how to perform these life saving tasks has dropped dramatically.
No obligation, of course, but a great thing to do if you have a spare 15 minutes.
