West Brom retain their Cat 1 status but have been placed in special measures (requiring an annual review)
Nottm F also retain their Cat 1 status but on a provisional level, requiring additional inspections

While the benefits of a Cat 1 are not universally agreed, it is surely better to be inside the tent ...
