People are free to do what they like but there was a guy on the radio this morning

Defending it as he was a lifelong smoker and he sounded as though he was going to drop dead at any minute! He could barely speak without wheezing.

Felt a bit sad for him that he said it was one of the only things he can do to get a bit of pleasure.
